In West Africa, for example, menopause is often welcomed as a time of ๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฆ and ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ.โฃโฃWomen no longer bear the risks of pregnancy, and instead, they gain new social status, one of ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ฆ and ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ. Menopausal women are treated with deference, their opinions sought after in family and community matters.โฃโฃ
